Flashback from 2015:
Community and big-name pharmacies and hospitals are all dealing with the same problem. In El Paso, there are only 60 pharmacists for every 100,000 people, but in other Texas cities the ratio is much higher where there are 90 pharmacists for every 100,000 people.

Is it the air quality, the dry heat, or something else? I met a guy who used to live there and he said people were laid back.
