The FDA will be changing nutrition fact labels to adjust that people tend to eat more. On the plus side this will make people realize that what they consume actually has higher calories/fat/carbs/etc. Critics of the label think on the down side, people will think that its ok to eat more. The conundrum.
I suppose in the past people would justify to themselves "it says a serving is only 10 calories....."
